There are 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms in the house, each with in suite bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a large dining room with a well equipped, modern kitchen. The living room upstairs, with it's romantic chimney and the modern 55" OLED Smart TV will complete some unforgettable nights at the Frech Riviera.  

On the garden floor you will find a flat with a separate entrance, giving some more privacy if needed. It has another living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Three relaxing terraces, deckchairs, parasols and an electric outdoor barbecue are completing the unique offer.

The beach of Agay with restaurants and shops is just a 10-minute walk away. St Raphael can be reached in 10 minutes by car and it takes  about 45 minutes to Cannes.

A beautiful house for a wonderful holiday. Large enough for 6 adults and two children. Cots, highchairs and a changing mat are available if required.

There is a closed car park in the courtyard and additional parking at the top of the street.
